15 Minute Blitz Call Coaching - For Those Who Already Have Had Life Coaching and Require Additional Support

  • 3 x 15 minute sessions calls per month
  • We work on 1 to 2 goals or challenges per session
  • You forward your coaching session overview 24 hours before Blitz Call (the topics that you want to address as well as sharing successes, wins, achievements)
  • Provides you with life & business coaching and mindset resources and tools to suit your needs
  • 1 email follow up between client and coach for feedback

Cost: $150 per month (excluding GST/VAT)

Blitz Email Coaching - For Those Who already Have Had Life Coaching and Additional Support

Blitz Email Sessions gives you the opportunity to address 1 goal, challenge or mindset issue. A Email session can be up to 1-3 emails that will include:

  • Clarification questions if needed / use of (powerful) questions
  • Provide you with life & business coaching, mindset resources and tools
  • We respond within 48 hrs of receiving your email (Monday to Friday)
  • If you need more information or support on your issue before making a decision or feeling it is complete, you can continue with another email coaching session

Cost: $50 per Email Session (excluding GST/VAT)


Personal Affirmations and Meditations

Personal affirmations and meditations are a powerful way to create the future your want and desire. We can make meditations exactly for your needs or for your love ones. We use a variety of powerful visualizations, enjoyable music, background sounds to gently take you along your journey.

  • Meditations or affirmations are 8 to 12 minutes long
  • You list your what you wish to work through and the desired outcome
  • We create the meditation or affirmations in a MP3 format and send you a link to download it

Further Information for Transform Program

  • An Initial Coaching Form must be filled out prior to the exploratory session
  • After this session, both parties must agree that they wish to work together. Janet will recommend other coaches or practitioners for you to work with if she feels it is more appropriate
