Transformational Life Coaching or Personal Development Coaching is a future focused method that addresses all aspects of your life with the aim attaining and achieving clarity, successful completion of goals or new ways of being. We help you build the life you desire, teach you how to engage others in your life / playground, using a good dose of fun, discoveries and inspiration along the way.
Life Playground's Transformation Program
- Initial complimentary exploratory transformational life and spiritual coaching session
- 3 x phone or web / Skype sessions of 45 mins per month
- Unlimited opportunity to address all areas for transformation - mind, body, spirit
- Personalised Affirmations and Meditations (produced MP3 downloads) to help transform any self limiting behaviours and introduce successful patterns for you or your business
- Up to 3 Mid-session calls for support and success sharing situations (max 5 mins)
- Unlimited email (we will respond within 24 hours Monday to Friday)
Building My Playground Starter's Program
- Initial Free exploratory transformational life and spiritual coaching session
- 3 x phone or web / Skype sessions of 35 mins per month
- Unlimited opportunity to address all areas for transformation - mind, body, spirit
- 1 Mid-session call for support & success sharing situations (max 5 mins)
- Unlimited email (we will respond within 24 hours Monday to Friday)
Further Information:
- An Initial Coaching Form must be filled out prior to complimentary session
- After this session, both parties must agree that they wish to work together. Janet will recommend other coaches or practitioners for you to work with if she feels it is more appropriate
- I call you if we do not use Skype (Land line only for non-US or Canadian residence)
- All sessions start on time
- There is a 24 hour cancellation policy or full session is charged
- Transformation Program is $550 per month, Starter's Program is $400 per month
- Sessions are pre-paid on a monthly basis
Each package is a recommended 3 month commitment
(Receive a 15% discount on 3 months prepaid upfront)
Life Coaching and Self Improvement Programs, in most countries, are tax deductible.
