How to Start your Day

What do these 3 artists/groups have in common? The answer is I danced to their songs this morning!
I often get asked how I start my day and regardless of the schedule ahead, I do the following 3 things:
- I look at my goals (read my “why” behind the short terms one so I’ll take action on them today) and then meditate for 10 minutes
- Do 10 minutes of qi gong to help my body free up energy and…..
- Just before my first client session or before I head out the door I play 3 songs that uplift me, get me singing and so long as I don’t have heals on… I dance like Madonna!
The above is magic to me and sets me up for a great day ahead.
